Les d\u00e9constructions d\u2019immeubles (les b\u00e2timents \u00ab 111 \u00bb, \u00ab 410 \u00bb, \u00ab 409 \u00bb) ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 et se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9es en 2022, afin d\u2019ouvrir le quartier sur son environnement. Ces d\u00e9molitions permettent en effet de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux espaces publics, dont l\u2019am\u00e9nagement fait syst\u00e9matiquement l\u2019objet de concertations avec les habitants, anim\u00e9es par la Maison du Projet. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la r\u00e9habilitation de b\u00e2timents a continu\u00e9 avec l\u2019isolation thermique ext\u00e9rieure, puis int\u00e9rieure, et la commercialisation de onze nouvelles maisons en accession sociale \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
