De 2016 \u00e0 2021, la premi\u00e8re th\u00e9matique de coop\u00e9ration portait sur l\u2019eau avec la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0Maison de l\u2019eau \u00bb, lieu de gouvernance entre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les diff\u00e9rents niveaux institutionnels. Deux nouveaux axes de coop\u00e9ration vont d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s\u00a0: la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00e9co-quartier sur la ville de Campeche, et la r\u00e9daction d\u2019une charte entre l\u2019\u00c9tat de Campeche et l\u2019Institut national d\u2019anthropologie et d\u2019histoire (INAH), sur l\u2019accompagnement des projets de r\u00e9habilitation du centre historique.
